Introduction

These App Standard Terms and Conditions written on this webpage shall govern your use of our app, Image Tracing, accessible via the Apple App Store and Google Play.

These Terms will be applied fully and affect your use of this App. By using this App, you agree to accept all terms and conditions written here. You must not use this App if you disagree with any of these Terms and Conditions.

This App is designed to be suitable for users of all ages, including children under 13. If you are under 13, a parent or guardian should review these Terms and our Privacy Policy and supervise your use of the App.

Intellectual Property Rights

Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Image Tracing and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this App.

You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing and using the material contained in this App as intended.

Restrictions

You are specifically restricted from all of the following:

  1. Selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any App material.
  2. Publicly performing and/or showing any App material.
  3. Using this App in any way that is or may be damaging to this App.
  4. Using this App in any way that impacts user access to this App.
  5. Using this App contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way that may cause harm to the App, or to any person or business entity.
  6. Engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to this App.
  7. Using this App to engage in any advertising or marketing.

Certain areas of this App are restricted from being accessed by you, and Image Tracing may further restrict access by you to any areas of this App, at any time, in its absolute discretion.

Your Content

In these Terms, “Your Content” means any photo, image, or camera frame you choose to import into or capture within this App. Unlike some apps, Image Tracing does not upload, store, or share Your Content with us or any third party — all image processing happens entirely on your own device, and you retain full ownership of Your Content at all times.

Your Content must be your own and must not infringe any third party's rights.

No Warranties

This App is provided “as is,” with all faults, and Image Tracing expresses no representations or warranties of any kind related to this App or the materials contained on this App.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Image Tracing, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this App, whether such liability is under contract. Image Tracing, including its officers, directors and employees, shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this App.

Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Image Tracing from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provision shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

Variation of Terms

Image Tracing is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this App you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

Assignment

Image Tracing is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Image Tracing and you in relation to your use of this App, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Estonia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Estonia for the resolution of any disputes.
